The mark consists of a black square with a red shield in the center of the upper portion of the square, a golden colored "T" on a red shield surrounded by a white ornamental framework below is the white stylized wording "TIKVES SINCE 1885" above the words "T'GA ZA JUG" in white, which is above the red stylized word "VRANEC" following by the white stylized wording "SEMI-DRY RED WINE WITH CONTROLLED ORIGIN FROM TIKVES WINE REGION PRODUCT OF THE REPUBLIC OF MACEDONIA" and behind the black square is a red torn scroll-like design with the white stylized wording "Orelski krilja kak da si metneh i v nasi st'rni da si preletneh!" on the top of the ribbon above the square, which translates to "if I had an eagle's wings I would rise and fly on them", and the words "Tamo zorata greit dusata i s'nce svetlo zajdvit v gorata", on the ribbon below the square, which translates to "there the sunrise warms the soul, the sun gets bright in mountain woods".
