The mark consists of a three-dimensional configuration of a light green plastic bottle having a square shape. The bottle has two front, beveled, and curved vertical corners; a relief circular pattern on the top of the front curved shoulder; two side panels, each having two back vertical corners which are beveled and curved; curved broad shoulders around the top portion of the bottle, but most pronounced where each beveled edge meets the shoulder; a straight, cylindrical neck; a square bottom with angled corners and a beveled indent that mimics the lines of the bottle. On the front panel is an orange edging white label with the word "COINTREAU" written in black with a white outline on an orange banner above the word "FIZZ" which appears in the colors orange and white. Below "FIZZ" are the words "COINTREAU", "FRESH LIME JUICE", and "SODA WATER" in black and the signature "E. COINTREAU" in orange, on a background of orange dots. An orange plus symbol appears between the stacked wording "COINTREAU" and "FRESH LIME JUICE" and "SODA WATER". A horizontal straight line with a diamond shape in the middle of the line appears between the wording "SODA WATER" and the signature "E. COINTREAU". A small light green rectangle design appears below the signature "E. COINTREAU". On the relief circular pattern that appears on the top of the front curved quarter of the bottle is an orange label with white diamond shapes and with the words "COINTREAU", "SINCE 1849", "ANGERS" and "FRANCE". All the words are in white. On the side panel to the left of the front panel appears the wording "GLACONS", "EAU PETILLANTE", "JUS DE CITRON VERT", and "COINTREAU" all in the color white, with a white horizontal straight line with a diamond shape in the middle of the line appearing above each of the wording. On the side panel to the right of the front panel appears the wording "ICE CUBES", "SODA WATER", "LIME JUICE" and "COINTREAU" all in the color white, with a white horizontal straight line with a diamond shape in the middle of the line appearing above each of the wording. The cap is in green and inscribed in both the front and back portions of the green cap is the signature "E. COINTREAU". The word "FIZZ" is written repeatedly in orange and wraps around the cap, with two horizontal straight orange lines above and below the repeating word "FIZZ" and wrapping around the cap. On the top of the cap are written twice within a white double circle the words "AUX QUATRE COINS DU MONDE" in white, and the word "COINTREAU" is written on top of the cap in green on a white banner, below which appears a world map in green and white. The shape of the cap is not claimed as part of the mark. The back of the bottle depicts steps 1 through 4 as to how to make a Cointreau Lime Fizz cocktail. All words and design elements are in white. At the base of the bottle, to the right of a half filled glass with liquid being poured in from a Cointreau Lime Fizz bottle labeled with the word "COINTREAU", is the number "1". The words "5cl/50ml" and "1.5 oz" are on the left of the glass. Above is a lime being squeezed into a half filled glass with the number "2" to the right of the glass and the words "2cl/20ml" and "¾ oz" on the left of the glass.
