The mark consists of a three-dimensional configuration of product packaging for the goods, namely, a bottle. The neck of the bottle is silver. The foil background on the top of the bottle is silver. The words "Veuve Clicquot" appear vertically in black on the neck of the bottle. Below that is a yellow-orange (Pantone 137C) band with a circle in its center that is outlined in yellow-orange (Pantone 137C) and that is silver inside. There is a black inner border in both the band and the circle. The letters "quot" are in black on the left side of the yellow-orange (Pantone 137C) band. The letters "Veu" are in black on the right side of the yellow-orange (Pantone 137C) band. A few silver lines also run through the yellow-orange (Pantone 137C) band. Underneath the yellow-orange (Pantone 137C) band, the bottle is silver featuring embossed silver designs of large and small six-sided polygons with curved sides covering much of the background of the bottle. The larger polygons contain a silver anchor design and the silver letters "VCP" therein. At the base of the bottle, there is a yellow-orange (Pantone 137C) rectangle with the stylized word "RICH" in silver in the center, and the words "Veuve Clicquot" in black superimposed over "RICH." Above the word "RICH" is a six-sided polygon with an anchor design in black and the letters "VCP" in black therein. The broken lines depicting the bottle shape and cap indicate placement of the mark on the goods and are not part of the mark.
