The trademark consists in a fancy graphic symbol, in which a central square is characterized by fanciful half-moons representing a fabric in the process of being woven, with some curved lines converging in the four sides thereof, representing yarns; the elements forming the described symbol are presented in alternate dark moss, dove grey and pale dove grey colours; underneath the said symbol is the wording "TESSUTO FILO DI SCOZIA ALTA QUALITA" in block capital letters arranged in a fancy way, of which the initial letter "S" of the word "SCOZIA" is more apparent, being in larger dimensions and placed in a central position; in combination with the above mentioned representation, there is a circular hologram characterized by a tridimensional effect, showing, depending on the angle of observation, the alternate wording "MADE IN ITALY" in block capital letters and a copy of the graphic fanciful symbol as described above; near the hologram there is the wording "TESSUTO MADE IN ITALY" in golden block capital letters; the whole is on a substantially rectangular background with rounded off angles and a thin pale dove grey border, showing a thin geometric fantasy formed of pale grey thin straight lines and pale yellow curves on a white background; the whole in any dimension.
