The squirrel design is above a white oval outlined with brown and dark brown lining, within which is an image of a brown and dark brown building, the numeral presented as "-1804-" is depicted beneath the building in brown. The oval rests upon a dark brown banner outlined with white and brown lining with the Cyrillic wording transliterated as "BABAYEVSKY" appearing in white thereon.
