The little girl is depicted in white with a black outline but with a red circle forming her nose. She appears inside of a two-toned shaded oval having an orange center and a red border. A white border appears on the right side of the orange center separating the orange area from the red. The word "POPPY" appears in white stylized lettering in the bottom area of the red border. The mark's background is divided horizontally into two portions with the lower half appearing in beige with gray shading and the top half appearing in black. A red and white border of uneven thickness appears at the bottom of the mark, and a white border appears across the top and along the sides of the mark. A horizontal translucent white stripe appears on the upper left portion of the mark and extends from the left edge of the drawing across the middle of the design of the little girl.
