The mark consists of two concentric circles, the outer one formed by a black line, the inner one consisting of a wider white circle, surrounding an inner circle whose upper half is red and lower half is blue. The area where the red and blue portions meet are curved, and a curved purple band appears where they meet. Within this circle is a design consisting of an oblong shape outlined in white with a curved white arrow which starts above the upper left hand side of the oblong, arcing through it, coming out above the upper right hand side. Four white wavy vertical lines intersect with the top of the oblong, within the space created by the arcing arrow. Above the first two lines are a white minus sign, with a white plus sign above it. To the left of the lines and the plus and minus signs is a thermometer, all outlined in white, with its bottom two-thirds also appearing in white, with a white horizontal line across the point where the white coloring ends.
