This three-dimensional trademark consists in a colour reproduction in which an exclusive claim is made to the fancy denomination "CARBONELL" and the graphic element with three perspectives (frontal - left image-, lateral - central image - and back - right image-) of a sealed container for pouring which consists in a substantially parallelepedic form, defined by various side walls and two end upper and lower walls, with a dark green opening device or capsule on the upper wall. The upper wall also has a pair of folds in the form of fins which extend on the opposite sides to the capsule. The general surface of the container is metallized green (pantone 356 green). The body includes a vertical intermediate part in mainly prismatic form with bevelled edges, which displays an identical label front and back, representing a rural landscape with the figure of a woman, clearly Spanish-inspired, dressed in skirt and shawl, hair held in a comb and wearing a yellow flower, who lifts her arms skywards, holding the branch of an olive tree behind her and at whose feet is inscribed the denomination claimed exclusively in white letters on a red inscribed the denomination claimed exclusively in white letters on a red background: "CARBONELL".
