The mark consists of a rectangular label, at the tip of which is a smaller vertical blue rectangle in which the word "MANZI" appears in white outlined in blue above a blue circular border set against a white background. In the circle on a white background are the words "THE FIRST EVER" appearing in blue, arched above the words "FOUNDED IN" appearing in blue, "1851" appearing in red with a blue outline, and "BY LUIGI MANZI" appearing in blue. Beneath these words is the larger word "SAMBUCA" in blue script lettering with a blue outline appearing above a picture of a fort outlined in blue with white coloring, beneath which are the words "FORTE MICHELANGELO" in white. There are three gold medals on each side of the fort, with the pictures of two lions, a shield, and a crown on the top medal on the left, a woman on the middle medal on the left, a crown on the bottom medal on the left, a man in the top medal on the right, a globe on the middle medal on the right, and a man in the bottom medal on the right, with the outline and the drawings on the gold medals appearing in the color black.
