The mark consists of a quadrilateral in which appear four circles consisting of representations of medals awarded to Applicant's product, in the middle of the mark the letter "B" appears on a shield under which is a banner on which the non-Latin Cyrillic characters which may be translated as "VYMPEL;" appear. In the middle of the mark is the word POLTINA and underneath is a representation of the back of a 50 kopek Russian coin on which a cross appears. Beneath the quadrilateral is a banner with the word POLTINA written again. No rights are being claimed in the use of the medals as part of the trademark The color red appears in the words POLTINA, in the shield with the letter "B" on it, in the banner under the half-ruble coin on which a cross appears, in the inside of the quadrilateral border and in the banner at the bottom of the drawing; the color yellow appears in the quadrilateral border, as an outline around the oval at the bottom of the drawing, and around the bottom banner and in the design on either side of the shield; the color gray appears in the second and forth medallions from the right and on the picture of the half-ruble coin on which the cross appears; the color white appears in the background of the quadrilateral; the color gold appears in the design around the picture of the half-ruble coin on which the cross appears and in the first and third medallions from the right; and the color black appears in the outline and writing of the half-ruble coin and medallions.
