The mark consists of red circle in the top half of the background containing stylized cursive-like letters in white with a capital "G" and "S" as part of the word "GraSel" running diagonally across the upper portion of the red circle. Beneath the "el" of the word "GraSel" the words "RINDE MAS" are seen in all capital block letter in the color yellow. Words "SELECCIONADO Y BENEFICIADO" seen in white capital block letters situated below the diameter of the red circle on the RIGHT-hand side. Next to the bottom RIGHT side of circle, there is a yellow inverse triangle containing the words "ALTA CALIDAD" IN WHITE LETTERS against a red stripe running horizontally through the middle of the triangle behind these words there is a large "AC" in red cursive-like capital letters. In forefront, stylized girl IN WHITE with braids and yellow flower on the left side of her head wearing a type of traditional Mexican dress, turning to the right with both arms bent upwards almost at a right angle with both hands holding a bowl, while white steam lines rise up into the red background circle. Girl's dress has a purple stripe detail at bottom and a quarter of the way down her skirt from the waist and the rest of garment is in yellow, white, and red with various detailing. Her left heel is elevated, while right foot tuned sideways so as to see her yellow sandals.
