The certification mark, as used by persons authorized by the certifier, certifies that the services provided by the Franchisor have met standards established by Applicant that demonstrate Franchisor's excellence through a commitment to supporting and assisting their franchisees. In order to receive and use the certification mark, the Applicant requires a survey to be completed by at least 70% of the Franchisor's franchisees and responses to the survey must reflect positive responses from at least two-thirds of the franchisees on each of seven questions which measure satisfaction.
