Said center circular area begins with light blue and shades to white in the center of said circular area. Said circular area provides a background for the main image. Said main image consists of-- at the top, a solid dark blue oval with a white boarder overlapping a first dark blue, with a white boarder, curved inverted triangle directly below said blue oval; said first inverted curved triangle overlaps a second inverted dark blue curved triangle with a white boarder at the bottom of said image; at the apex of the first inverted triangle is a small white circle attached to a white line that proceeds vertically downwards to the first of said white rings.
