"The mark consists of a black and white photograph of a dog with its head looking upward and toward the right-hand side of the mark, said dog appearing over a field that is generally gray and black and comprises a gradient change in tonal value from the gray upper portion of the mark which blends into the generally black field that comprises the medial and lower-medial portions of the mark. A generally rectangular design is superimposed over the photograph of the dog, said design being comprised of a circular light teal field and four distinct rectangular and horizontally disposed fields: a rectangular and horizontally disposed light teal field, two rectangular and horizontally disposed black fields, and a rectangular and horizontally disposed dark teal field. The upper two-thirds of the circular light teal field is superimposed over a portion of the rectangular light teal field, and the lower one-third is superimposed over the rectangular black field. The rectangular light teal field comprises the upper one-fourth of the rectangular design. The horizontal black field forms the middle one-half of the rectangular design, and is itself divided into two distinct sub-fields, one of which is a smaller, solid black band that occupies an upper portion of the horizontal black field, and the other of which is comprised of a portion of the photograph of the dog. The horizontal dark teal field occupies the lower one-fourth of the rectangular design. The lower portion of the mark consists of a horizontal teal band that extends from the left side of the mark to the right side of the mark, which also forms the horizontal dark teal field of the rectangular design.
