The certification mark is intended to be used by persons authorized by Certifier to certify that the education services, namely, providing intensive, individualized remedial intervention to children and adults with learning disabilities and other disorders or problems that interfere with learning in conventional ways; assessing the nature and scope of such disorders or problems; managing client cases; and advocating for clients in their home, school, or community settings, are performed in accordance with quality standards developed by Certifier and subject to Certifier's approval, and that all persons certified have successfully passed Certifier's testing procedures.
