The mark consists of a silver rectangle outlined in black with a silver crest at the rectangle's center outlined in the colors white and black within which appears the letter S, with its top portion in white and its bottom portion in black. To the left of the crest, in the color white with capitalized font, appear the letters SILVER. To the right of the crest, in the color white with capitalized font, appears the letters SHADOW. Immediately below the rectangle and the letters S, H, and A in SHADOW, written in smaller font and lower case letters, in the color black, appears the letters by Yoder Toter. Only the Y in Yoder and T in Toter are capitalized.
