The mark consists of the colors black, white and red and are distinctive features of the mark. The colors appear as follows: a shield containing an outer shield design consisting of a black shield outline and inner shield design which is separated from the outer shield design by a band of white which traces the contours of the inner and outer shield designs. The inner shield design is divided vertically into upper, middle and lower segments by two horizontal bands of white. The upper segment of the inner shield design consists of the phrase "alpha & omega", wherein "Alpha and Omega" are represented by the respective Greek letters written in white over a black back ground. The word "Gear" is written in white on a red background and is within the inner shield in the middle segment and is below the phrase "Alpha & Omega". The middle segment containing the word "Gear" is separated form the upper and lower segments of the shield by white bands delineating the upper and lower bounds of the segment. A centered white cross on a black background appears within the lower segment of the inner shield design.
