The mark consists of a triangle that is bordered on two sides with black lines. The words MUSICIANS HALL OF FAME & MUSEUM are inside the triangle in white against a black background, a record that is gold and white on the outside with a brown and black center is also inside the triangle, and the wording EST. 2006 is in black on the brown center of the record. Concentric black then white ovals overlap the top of the triangle and a curved portion above the triangle. The ovals are filled in with black and the letters MHFM appear in white against the black shading inside the ovals. The curved portion above the triangle is shaded black with a curved white line near the edge of the curve, that is bordered with a curved black line.
