This is to certify that both the name, "The Little Red Cab Company," and associated land-based vehicles which are red in color and are powered by human (e.g. pedicab or pedal cab) or electric (e.g. battery) power as the primary source of power of the vehicle, are to be used solely by the registrant in a commercial capacity to provide tour and transportation services within a 90-mile radius of Saratoga Springs, New York.
