Located within the center of the shield, an old style "Jester" or Court- Baffoon, appears with a white and black checkered- square, two- horned- like hat or capuchin. The Royal Jester is smiling and is holding a cigar with his left hand, between his two middle fingers, and is covering part of his face with his fingers. A wide gold and deep- blue purple wings/ band- line appears across with the words: "Hecho a Mano" on the left, and "Importado" on the right side.
