The mark consists of a silhouette of the State of Ohio upon which is imposed a first small five-finned star, positioned wholly within the north-east quadrant of the silhouette. A second five-finned star, positioned to extend approximately from the top to the bottom of the silhouette approximately halfway across the horizontal axis of the silhouette, with part of the second star extending outside the western edge of the silhouette. A third five-finned star, larger than the first star, and smaller than the second star, positioned primarily to the left of the western edge of the silhouette, such that the tip of the third star's most eastern fin intersects with the location of the vertex of the second star's western and south-western fins. Centered below the silhouette appear the words "Ohio High School Hall of Fame". Below these words appear, in smaller font and capital letters, the words "ATHLETIC CLUB OF COLUMBUS".
