The mark consists of a three dimensional pocket tool configuration comprising translucent front and back plates with rounded edges revealing circular and rectangular elements, a shield element appearing on at least one of the plates, and an end-pivoting flash memory device protruding at an obtuse angle from the pocket tool. The flash memory device is contained by a translucent rectangular case revealing square and rectangular shapes. The translucent plates and rectangular case are depicted in solid lines. The top plug portion of the flash memory device, the center space for extracting and storing pocket tools, the retractable pocket tools and the key ring are depicted in dotted lines and form no part of the mark.
