The mark consists of three circles of equal size arranged horizontally along the same axis. Just below the point at which the yellow and blue circles meet, lies a pale green nose-like downward-pointing triangle, giving an owl-like appearance to the center circle. In all places where the circles overlap, including the above-referenced nose, the color is a lighter shade of pea green.
