The mark consists of a background of four color blocks forming a square; the upper left block is cyan, the upper right block is magenta, the lower right block is yellow and the lower left block is gray. The blocks are divided by a horizontal black line and vertical black line which cross in the center. Overlaying the blocks and the intersecting black lines is a black oval. A block arrow pointing upward begins midway through the gray block and ends at a point at just above the top of the cyan block. Overlaying all of the design elements is a stylized letter P in white, outlined in black and shadowed to the left in gray. The vertical portion of the letter P overlays the lower half of the vertical line with the rounded portion of the P centered over the right half of the horizontal line.
