The mark consists of A stylized capital "F", a lower case "I" and another capital "F" are placed in a row inside a rectangle. The first two letters, "F" and "I", are in black and the third letter, "F", is in green. The letters themselves are constructed of block shapes with a space separating the lower two-thirds of the letters from the top third. The righthand side of the rectangle has a thicker double layer giving the illusion of depth. The name, "Florida Institute of Finance, LLC", is written in black outside the rectangle to the right. The name is centered against the side of the rectangle and is written on three lines. The first line spells out "Florida", the second line spells out "Institute of" and the last line spells out "Finance, LLC".
