The-- (a) training in the field of negotiation, oral communication, leadership, management, critical thinking and interpersonal skills; (b) educational services, namely, conducting classes, workshops and seminars in the field of accounting, risk management, business ethics, budgeting, energy and public utility industry awareness and finance; (c) career planning, namely career counseling; and (d) development of educational materials, namely work assessment tools that assist in fostering individual and organizational learning, knowledge and wisdom in the workplace, all of the foregoing services for registrant's employees
