The Applicant has a bona fide intention to exercise legitimate control over the use of the certification mark in commerce as of the filing date of the application over the use of the certification mark in interstate commerce by persons authorized by the Certifier to certify that the goods rendered comply with standards and safety regulations defined by Applicant which supplement those minimum standards and safety regulations established in accordance with state, federal and local regulations in force at the time the certification requirements are set forth. Applicant will not engage in the production or marketing of the goods to which the mark is applied.
