The mark consists of a logo with a White backgroundand the word "ROUGHNECKS" centered on the logo in Black lettering with a White, Yellow and Gray border. The letters are bunched lower in the middle as if pressed upon by a large weight. At that pont in the lettering and above is a baseball diamond shaped insignia out of which a construction worker emerges wearing a Yellow hardhat with Black shadows and bordering. The diamond is centered between the "H" and the "N" in ROUGHNECKS. The construction worker is muscular with a White T-shirt and is holding a baseball bat with an ending in the form of a wrench. The baseball bat/wrench is Gray in color with Yellow tape at the bottom. The skin of the construction worker is colored in flesh tones. The diamond shaped emblem is Gray with a thin Yellow interior border and a thiker Black exterior border. The baseball bat and construction worker are bordered in Black. Underneath the "ROUGHNECKS" lettering in much smaller script is the word "GRAHAM" in White lettering inside of a Black oval shaped border with Gray circles at each end made to look like rivets such that the whole ensignia with the word "GRAHAM" in it looks like it is riveted on.
