providing computer systems analysis; providing computer design for others, namely, computer systems design; design and testing for new product development providing computer consulting relating to computer architecture; providing integration of computer systems and computer networks; providing computer software product research and development services; custom computer programming services for others, namely, database development, information archival and retrieval services; providing data conversion of computer program data or information services; hosting the web sites of others on a computer server for a computer network; monitoring the computer systems of others, and providing back-up computer programs and facilities services; providing computer information services, namely, computer data archival services; computer services, namely, providing information relating to healthcare and medical information via a computer network; providing services for the remote or on-site monitoring of computer systems; providing insurance healthcare payer and provider customers with technology support in the nature of troubleshooting and monitoring network systems for business transactions, including insurance health plan enrollment, receivables management, credentialing, billing and customer service; consultation services in the field of information technology, developing and providing computer softwar; Internet platforms for the healthcare industry;reviewing standards and practices to assure compliance with healthcare information technology and software laws and regulations, and reviewing standards and practices of healthcare organizations, providers and payers to assure compliance with the Health Insurance portability and Accountability Act of 1996 (HIPAA) legislation, the services incorporating the components and functionality necessary for healthcare organizations, providers, and payers to receive, analyze, assess, route, store and query HIPAA Electronic Standard Transactions, and services to facilitate, monitor and assist healthcare organizations, providers, and payers in their compliance effort with HIPAA, and managing data gathered in that effort;
