The Certification Mark, as intended to be used by authorized persons, is intended to certify that the persons have met the Applicant's standards of competence in medical health care coaching services as determined by experience, education, training and passage of a written examination. Applicant has a bona fide intention to exercise legitimate control over the use of the Certification Mark in commerce. Applicant will not engage in the production or marketing of the goods or services to which the mark is applied.
