Desription of the Colors Claimed
The complete mark is rectangular in shape and can be described in horizontal sections. The background of the lowest section of the mark appears in lime green. Also appearing in the lower bottom left quarter of the mark are the words EVERGREEN GROUP (as two lines) and the words EVA AIR and the drawing of an airplane tail with a design to the right of the word AIR. The words are in all capitalized green. The design on the airline tail consists of red trim on the right border with green on the top and bottom of the tail. The center of the tail appears white and is donut shaped with red flecks. The center of the white donut shape is green and shaped like a star. The central horizontal section of the mark shows the images of two cartoon children, a male and female. Both of the cartoon children appear to be in a floating and flying motion due to their outstretched arms. The left half the mark contains the cartoon girl and the right half of the mark contains the cartoon boy. The cartoon boy also appears to be in the process of either grabbing her hand or has just let go of her hand. The boy is looking sideways to the left and the girl is looking forward. The background color of these cartoon children appears in white. Seven butterfly figures are floating around and between the children and appear in varying colors of peach, pink and blue. The children are clothed as follows: The girl is wearing a long pink dress that has a pink bow in the back. Her sleeves and hemline are burgundy. Her hair is shoulder length and is reddish in color. She is wearing a white headband in her hair. The boy is wearing a tri-colored outfit consisting of loose fitting pants and a loose fitting top. The bottom section of the pants and shirt are yellow. The middle section of the pants and shirt are orange and the top section of the pants and shirt are red. He is wearing a black shoe in his right foot. His shirt has a large white collar around the neck region. He is wearing a beret like black hat and appears to have short orangish colored hair. The skin tones of the children appear in varying degrees of beige. Above the two children is the top horizontal section of the mark. This section consists of 2 specific areas as follows: The left section stretches approximately 60% of the top and is a peach color. This section contains 5 Chinese characters in the colors plum, green, purple, blue and magenta, respectively. The right section stretches approximately 40% and is in lime green. The Chinese characters transliterate and translate as follows, respectively: chang - long; length; lasting; strong point rung - glory; flourish shiau - small; little fe - fly; swiftly shia - chivalrous
