The certification mark, as used by persons authorized by the certifier, certifies that the goods and/or services provided have met certain eligibility requirements, has completed an examination administered by the certifier in a satisfactory manner, has agreed to comply with the certifier's Bylaws, Policies and Procedures, Code of Ethics, National Standards, any other governing documents of the certifier, and other post-certification requirements, has agreed to uphold all professional and ethical standards of the certifier, has agreed to abide by all decisions and directives of the certifier's Board of Directors, and has agreed to adhere to perform testing and balancing services for Heating, Ventilating, and Air-conditioning (HVAC) systems in accordance with certifier's standards for testing and balancing of HVAC systems, and certifier's established test and balance procedures.
