These cards are issued on the spot by financial instutions, and licensed agents. No bank accounts or credit is needed to obtain one. The card can be used at point of sale,ATM,Cash Stations, and Licensed Retailers. Private label cards are available, in Gift Cards, Phone Cards, Gas Cards, Rebate Cards,etc. The cards also allow customers to pay their Bills by phone, or internet, without leaving their home or office.
