Applicant claims the colors blue, red, purple, pink, yellow-orange, blue and white included in the mark as features thereof. The word "DANONE" is in white against a blue background in the shape of a polygon, which is lined in white. Two lines protruding horizontally from either side of the polygon appear in red. A stylized accent mark below the word "DANONE" also appears in red. A white oval below the word "DANONE" is lined on each side in purple of irregular widths. The far right edge of the oval's purple lining is banded by pink, also of an irregular width. Immediately below the oval appears the same red stylized accent mark that appears below the word "DANONE", but repeated on a larger scale. On top of the white oval are two stylized human figures. The human figure on the left is in yellow-orange. The human figure on the right is in blue. A rectangular bolt of purple extends diagonally from the upper right side of the mark through its center to the bottom center of the mark. The purple bolt is obscured in part by the white oval. An irregular design approximating a crescent shape and suggesting splashing water appears in blue and white in the lower right quadrant of the mark. The background of the mark is mostly blue with "cloudy" white patches, approximating a blue sky.
