promoting the goods and services of others through the development and administration of incentive advertising programs in which consumers provide their purchasing profiles, preferences, and information on their purchasing intentions, in order to participate in preferred customer incentive and reward programs featuring preferential services and pricing; advertising services and advertising consulting services, namely, development and administration of customer spending profiles in order to enable businesses to target their advertisements and promotions to select customers based on such spending profiles and demonstrated purchasing intentions; retail store services featuring a wide variety of consumer goods of others and featuring a bonus incentive program whereby participating customers are eligible for preferential price rates
