The mark consists of the words "Mobile Locals Connect" all in upper case letters with the first letter of each word slightly larger than the remaining letters of each word (i.e., the larger letters are: the letter M in "Mobile", the letter L in "Locals" and the letter C in "Connect"). After the word "Connect" there is a small blue image of the earth as a globe slightly to the left of the word "Connect" and this image is slightly elevated above the line upon which the words "Monterey Local Connect" appear. There is a very small gray reflection showing beneath the image of the earth and the continents appear on the earth in a light gray color. The letters of each of the words are in the color red, and each letter is outlined in black. The letter "o" in each of the words leans slightly to the right as if slightly italicized.
