The mark consists of the configuration of features on a handbag, with the drawing showing a three-dimensional configuration of an entire handbag. The portions of the drawing shown in solid lines represent the claimed features of the handbag as the mark. The portions of the drawing shown in dotted lines are not part of the mark, but serve only to show the position of the mark. The handbag has a trapezium shape. The closure flap at the top is roughly rectangular with three protruding portions. Two cut-ins between the three protrusions allow placement of the handles of the handbag. The two outer portions of the closure flap contain eyelets through which closure straps attached to the back of the handbag run to the front of the handbag and connect to buckles. A pear-shaped clasp is attached to the center protrusion closure flap. The clasp has three raised rivets and connects to lock in the shape of a circle with four evenly spaced raised rivets. A stitched line runs the width of the bag, curving just below the lock. Stitched lines also run around the ends of the bag at the bottom. The shape of the closure flap, the shape of the lock and clasp, and the shape of the stitched lines are claimed as features of mark.
