The mark consists of a green globe with white grid lines at the top, green grid lines at the bottom, the center of which contains four blue graphic water droplets, the largest of which is centered with three smaller droplets to the upper left, upper right and lower right of the larger one, superimposed over a green blot roughly in the configuration of the North American continent. Beneath and to the left of the largest droplet appears a rendering of a blue flame, with blue currents radiating upwards to the right superimposed over green blots roughly in the configuration of Central South American and African continents. A green arrow is displayed to the right of the image curving around the globe downwards to the left, and two green leaves, each with two white ovals having the appearance of droplets of water, are displayed beneath and to the left of the globe.
