Description of Mark
The mark consists of A stylized letter "V" and "P" with a design of an eyeball between the two letters. The eyeball is blue and in the form of an eyeball with a black iris surrounded by blue shading. The eyeball shading is a lighter blue along the outside edges of the iris of the eyeball and, as it radiates to the inside edge of the eyeball, gradually turns into a lighter shade of blue. A small circular portion of the eyeball is not shaded blue along the inside of the top border of the eyeball. The outside border of the top and bottom of the eyeball is stylized to give the appearance of eyelashes.
