The mark consists of a triangle with a smaller triangle on each corner of the larger triangle. Within the larger triangle is a globe that pertrudes across the edges of the large triangle but does not extend beyond the corners of the large triangle, and does not extend beyone or onto the small triangles on the corner of the larger triangle. The globe is round and has land mass in the middle depicting North and South America sourounded by an ocean with shorelines. The land mass is plant with spots. The formentioned sit above and on the left of the words in capital letters "NEW WORLD ASSICIATES" which has a line under it and is approximately twice the horizontial length of the globe logo. Immediatly under the line spaced evenly to the same length is the word in capital letters "INCORPORATED".
