The mark consists of a rectangle shape design with thick gray stripes at the upper and lower edges. On the upper edge there is an arch like shape in the color red and black with a gray curved stripe outlining the arch. The middle of the design is boxed in and contains a backdrop comprised of the color black. The word in grey "SANSAE" is enclosed in a rectangle like box with a grey outline, one that has a black backdrop. The upper edge of the rectangle is curved and is partially superimposed on the red, black and gray arch. Toward the center of the design the word in white with red and black outline "CHIPOTLE" is placed. Below this the words in white "GOURMET HOT SAUCE", and in black "PICANTE GOURMET" are placed above a realistic design of a khaki colored wooden container holding hot sauce, a khaki colored wooden spoon, a green backdrop, a lettuce leaf, and several red peppers. To the left of the sauce container the white letter "K" appears enclosed in a white circle. To the right of the sauce container the words "NO PRESERVATIVES" and "SIN PRESERVANTES" are positioned aligned within the white circumference of a circle and are the color red. At the center of this circle the number in red "100%" and the word in white "NATURAL".
