The mark consists of stylized capital letters, superimposed and centered over a rounded rectangular banner, which capital letters spell the words "humboldt", with the "h" of "humboldt" being larger in font than the rest of the letters and having its left side in the shape of a conifer tree, and with the "l" of "humboldt" having its beginning in the shape of a three-leafed seedling, with the conifer tree and seedling extending over the edge of the top of the banner; directly underneath and centered, in the same size font as the majority of the foregoing, stylized capital letters spelling "county"; directly underneath and centered, in font approximately double the size of the foregoing, stylized capital letters spelling "organics" with the "o" and the "s" extending over the right and left side of the banner; the banner having an outline running inside its circumference and including the extended conifer tree, seedling, and "o" and "s" of the word "organics".
