The mark consists of a variation of the Texas flag. Specifically, a blue vertical rectangle on the left, a red horizontal rectangle to the right of the blue rectangle, and a white horizontal rectangle just above the red rectangle; a white heart-shaped cut out outlined in black is in the middle and almost as high as the 3 contiguous rectangles; a white star outlined in black is in the blue rectangle but slightly pivoted the right and partially overlapping into the heart-shaped cut out; a black graphic type stat like a heart monitor readout running from the left side of the heart-shaped cut-out across the red rectangle, and; with the right half of the mark slightly lower or offset in comparison to the left half of the mark.
