Charitable foundation services, namely, providing fund raising activities to support the creation of a designated public land sanctuary for the long term care and protection of non-adopted Wild Horses and Burros that have been removed from federal rangelands; Charitable fund-raising services designed to create a sanctuary for wild American Horses and Burros wildlife management, historic preservation, visitor services and education, and scientific research

Recreational park services; Educational services, namely, conducting informal programs in the fields of conservation, preservation and history, using on-line activities and interactive exhibits, and printable materials distributed therewith

Promoting the public awareness of the need for American Wild Horse preservation, namely, the protection of Wild Horses and Burros that have been removed from federal range lands; Association services; namely, promoting interest and public awareness in the creation, use and conservation of a designated public land sanctuary for the long term care and protection of non-adopted Wild Horses and Burros that have been removed from federal rangelands
