Description of Mark
The mark consists of the upper half of a bear standing up showing a right profile view. The bear is holding a cup in his left paw and carrying a ball in his right paw. The bear is smiling and is surrounded by a semicircle. The wording "BEARPONG.com" appears below the bear and semicircle. The wording "BEARPONG.com" is written out with the first four letters of the mark, ("BEAR") set in bold text. The next four characters ("PONG") are the same size but not in bold. In place of the "O" in the word "PONG" is a paw print with 5 pads arranged over top of one larger paw pad which slopes gradually from right to left. Above each of the 5 smaller paw pads is a small triangle which serves as a claw mark. This paw print is intended to be translated as "O" in the word "PONG". After the "G" in "PONG", ".com" is written in a smaller text size and is arranged vertically from bottom to top, there are no intentional spaces in between any of the characters.
