Electronic data transmission, namely, enabling intra- and inter-organizational communications, interoperability, and operational efficiencies by bringing together disparate communications networks, devices, and messaging formats over a standard IP-based network, and enabling direct communication with other radio systems, fixed or mobile phones, IP phones, and PC clients
