The mark consists of a word "FACA" across the top portion of the mark in capital letters. It is situated directly on top of the shield or rest shaped graphic. Please note that the capital letter "C" situated within the word "FACA" has two dots or circles positioned in a horizontal manner, side by side directly above it. Underneath the word "FACA" is a statement "AN INTERNATIONAL AFFAIR," again written in capital letters. "AN INTERNATIONAL AFFAIR" statement falls within a shield or crest shaped graphic. The "AN INTERNATIONAL AFFAIR" does fall within the greater crest shaped graphic, however it also has a personal border around it, separating it from the "FACA" word above and the three lion head graphics below. Two of the three lion heads are horizontally positioned side by side, right below the "AN INTERNATIONAL AFFAIR" statement, and the third lion head is situated directly below the other two and in the middle of the crest. The lion head graphics are almost identical to one another. They all have manes and crowns on their heads. These three lion head graphics are positioned within an enclosed shield/crest shaped graphic space, which forms a point at the bottom. The outer border of the shield shaped graphic encompasses the statement "AN INTERNATIONAL AFFAIR," and the three lion head graphics. Encircling the shield shaped graphic are two olive branches forming a wreath. Their stems slightly overlap at the bottom of the mark, right below the shield's pointy bottom. These two branches surround the shield and are the outer borders of the mark. The two branch graphics reach up height wise on the mark to the point that's approximately between the two horizontal lion head graphics and the "AN INTERNATIONAL AFFAIR" statement.
