The mark consists of a three-dimensional stylized bottle container for the goods, including a blue bottle cap, white and gray body and stylized wording and designs. The bottle formation features an indented rounding just inside the top and the bottom of the bottle, a concavity in the middle of the bottle and curved sides. On the front of the bottle, there is a blue and white horizon in a semi-circle at the upper portion of the bottle with a little girl and dog in front of it. The girl is beige with blue shorts, blue bows, blue eyes and yellow hair, and is outlined in blue. The dog is brown and white. The word, "COPPERTONE" is underneath this image in white and outlined in dark blue. Underneath the word, "COPPERTONE" are the terms, "ULTRAGUARD SUNSCREEN LOTION" in blue. Below this is a design of a yellow sun. There is a stylized swirl of blue water and a stylized swirl of tan sand underneath the sun. Across the lower gray area is a dark blue bar with a white outline across the top and bottom of it. The terms, "BROAD SPECTRUM", in yellow, and the terms, "UVA/UVB PROTECTION", in white, are across the dark blue bar. There is a gray oval with a white outline overlapping the left side of the bar. Underneath the dark blue bar is the term, "WATERPROOF" in white letters with a white underline. Underneath this is the term, "NON-GREASY", in white, with a white underline. Underneath this is the term, "MOISTURIZING" in white. The dotted lines outlining the three-finger grip on the side of the container and its cap indicate placement of the mark on the goods and are not part of the mark.
