The mark consists of a square with a thin, black border; inside the square and against a white background, is a smaller square, offset towards the lower lefthand corner of the larger square; the smaller square is diagonally divided into two triangles with the upper triangle being light blue and the lower triangle being purple; inside the smaller square is a capital "W"; the portion of the "W" contained in the light blue triangle is purple, and the portion of the "W" contained in the purple triangle is white; to the top and righthand sides of the smaller square is the text "WATER" (across the top) and "WORKS" (down the righthand side); the "WATER WORKS" text is in purple, capitalized, block letters, and in the righthand corner of the larger square, between the "WATER" text and the "WORKS" text is a light blue and purple "yin-yang" symbol; across the bottom of the larger square is a thin purple strip inside of which is the smaller, white, capitalized text "TOTAL REHAB".
