The mark consists of a five-sided polygon with the outer border appearing in the color black from the twelve o'clock position to the three o'clock position and from the three o'clock position it fades to the color gray back to the twelve o'clock position where it again meets the color black. Appearing in the inner side of the black frame is another five-sided polygon which is a gray color from the twelve o'clock position to the six o'clock position and is the color white from the six o'clock position back to the twelve o'clock position where it meets the gray.
